While our lives have changed as Canada works to flatten the curve, Mister Niice Guy continues to provide an exceptional delivery experience that you can feel confident about.

As COVID-19 continues to evolve in Canada, Mister Niice Guy has introduced new policies and made precautionary changes to our network, in addition to the recommendations and guidelines set out by the World Health Organization and the Government of Canada.

Contactless Delivery

We all have to do our part to ensure the wellbeing of our communities. We've implemented Contactless Delivery on all food orders, limiting unnecessary contact between customers and couriers. To ensure a smooth contactless experience, customers are asked to leave delivery instructions while placing their order, and allow the courier to drop off the order without making contact. For all orders, we encourage social distancing when providing government-issued ID, such as texting us your ID with a photo of yourself to our direct line.

Free, Reusable Masks For Couriers

As an added protection measure, we’re offering a free reusable mask to all active couriers on the Skip Network. These masks are made in Canada and meet the current Government of Canada standards for non-medical reusable masks.
